I liked Zombies reboot better then the original.

I thought it was ok, but I think RZ gave to much back story. I mean it was a good concept and I see what he was going for, but at the same time I didnt want to know all that. I just wanted to see the white mask roaming again.
To me the movie didnt really start til after all the back story was over, just my opinion. Let the arguing begin.

Those toy shots are fantastic, really good stuff. I gotta ask are those the SS micheals just modded out.

I've been a Halloween fan since Halloween 4, The Return of Micheal Myers came out, I just wanna say I hated H2, it's a stain on the whole franchise, and should be ignored and flushed and wiped from memory and never be spoken of, and is certainly not canon. Zombie did a good job mostly on the first remake, but went off the deep end for H2.

Nope, the Sovereign Studios Myers is completly original from head to to, hand crafted parts, home made knife.

The DarkArtist Myers portrait is a modified Sideshow Myers with a customized Saturday Toys jumpsuit. I believe both are on Dragon bodies.

We need a Myers PF. It's time we take action.

Sideshow, for one reason or another, can't or won't do one. Is it because they don't think the character is popular enough to warrant a PF? Is it because they can't secure the license? Is the license holder making unreasonable demands? Or do they just think it's too hard? (ouch, that was below the belt, wasn't it?)

We need to find out why. If you want a Myers PF, it's time we hammer the ask Sideshow form every week until we know exactly why there is no Myers PF.

Once we know the who and the why, we can organize this and other communities to take action and get to the letter writing.

Think of it as another Krusade, only effective. What say you?

Not even worth the effort, if it's tied to the license holder, they can't give any official statement because it'd burn bridges.

I'm guessing it has something to do with the license holder, they get asked on a yearly basis at Spooktacular about new Myers stuff, it shows up in Q&A's, surely he'd make as much as Freddy or Jason, so my guess is the license isn't a smooth one, probably why no one, not just Sideshow, really turns out official product of it.

I'm down with it! Hell i'd even camp out in front of Sideshows doors to get things done. Its sad ........ on the weekend I considered buying a Mcfarlane Myers 18" figure

I want this and BAD! Jason 3 or 4 too.

Yeah see I knew the local guy here was a joke. I was gonna offer him $80 but it was already gone by then. If you could get it for $70-$75 delivered thats not too bad. Hey its better than nothing and I agree, Mcfarlanes was the better one.

I personally feel the McFarlane sculpt is more accurrate than NECA's, I actually find NECA's attempt at the Rob Zombie mask closer in overall feel to the Shatner than their Carpenter figure. From a profile, the NECA looks good, but front on, eyes are too small, face is a little squinched looking, and the sculpt feels raw. A lot of NECA potraits have this unfishing look to them. They're fine at 7 inch. I wish NECA would do a new, fresh Myers figure instead of repackaging the only one they've done. Their RZ figure is an overall much nicer figure, apply that quality to the Carpenter look and that'd be an awesome figure.

I'd be happy if Sideshow or someone made stuff that was pretty close like NECA's is. Sideshow's figure just doesn't look like any Myers mask that was ever made and the jumpsuit wasn't even close to right in pattern or color.

No it wasn't even close. I would just love to know the inside info that we obviously don't know. Theres something behind the lack of product (good product I mean) and Sideshows past attempt. I mean jeez, talk about blowing your only chance.
