I'm not surprised they are the same height. In the pictures and video, Luke is placed strategically behind Han with his knees slightly bent. It's not a deal breaker for me though.

That is lame. I don't get the time/budget constraint excuse. It's as easy as removing an abdominal section and resizing one of the connecting barbells to compensate for the removed piece.

Soooo if there is no height difference, why do all the pics and video show a height difference? Very lame and misleading to tease us with that then pull it away. Bad Sideshow.

If I recall correctly and I very well may be wrong 10% is saved for non-attendees.

I think it's just a minimum of 10% for NA's , but really depends on sales for Attendees. The Butcher might be a good example of that. Pretty sure there were more than just 75 sold to NAs.

There was a previous SDCC exclusive a year or so back that had what one would assume was a 200 NA amount based on the 10% reasoning, but I think in the end they had 900-1,000 pieces for NAs.

I guess we'll only know based on what they sell on Thursday, right? Certainly they hold 10% minimum but if the orders aren't there Thursday then all the extras spill over to Friday.

I'd like to point out that the NA version of the Butcher is sold out while the attendee is still available. I'm betting that they'll fulfill Wait List reservations with the remaining pieces left after the con and/or hold it until Spook and do the, "Wow, look what 'Sold Out' item we just so happened to conveniently find a bunch of, in the back of our warehouse, just in time for Spookatular!" kinda deals.

Price is about what I expected and the pics look great! I only hope I will be able to secure a set come Friday.

It is a shame about the lack of height difference, but not a show stopper for me. It does piss me off though that SS pretty much misled us into thinking there would be a height difference.

Whatever the case, however they divy these guys up, its gonna be a fight to secure one nonetheless. Although price will certainly thin the herd, I still think these will sell out in a few minutes come Friday.

The lack of height difference isn't a huge deal. When first announced, I was actually surprised they had changed the armored body somehow and assumed they'd both be the same height. I agree that the truly irritating part is being mislead by the photography and video to believe we'd be getting something we aren't. Wonder if they'll come clean on this with the PPO pics or if everyone who doesn't read this forum will find out when they finally get ST Luke in hand.
