Super Freak
Glad this info was released prior to ordering. I'll pass. The sculpts are nice, but Sideshow's tactic of deceiving it's customers have me saying "pass". Shameful IMO.
Sure bunky.
Oh come on, Josh. What about this one, then:
You don't think these pics intentionally make Luke look shorter?? The background of the image above from the ordering page is a clincher. Luke is in FRONT of Han... and yet still clearly made to look shorter.
Josh, we get it. Nothing can convince you. That's your prerogative of course.
Josh... starting to sound like a co dependent wife dude... "its not his fault that he hits me"...
I don't know if it's your fault or just bad luck, but you do seem to land in the hornets nest alot, Josh.

I'm not sure if Sideshow intentionally did this to fool people. I think its more likely that they posed them this way because it looks good. However I also feel that some criticism is warranted because they are consistently posed in ways that make Luke look shorter and I think they should have been more careful about that. For some people they may be expecting Luke to be shorter and will be disappointed when they get it. Even if its not intentional it does reflect poorly on Sideshow.
Josh quit playing with those damn nests.
I'm just glad my comments don't bring as much attention as Josh's.

It's easy to see Luke's behind Han. I don't know what the deception is all about. If they were side-by-side and different in height vs. in-person seeing final product that would be one thing, but did anyone here TRULY think they'd lower the height specially for Luke? Pop a new head on a Stormtrooper body and it's instantly a new figure!
That's true - there is no photoshop manipulation, just a perspective trick in every single image with the two of them together.
Maybe it's Vanilla Ice's fault?...
Vanilla Ice can be blamed for most of the world's ills.
