Is that better? I don't know what you guys think Harley is in the comics, but it isn't some perky saint like in the animated series.

I wouldnt say a whore. But she def is a submissive toy for Joker. I think Harley represents complete subservience. Total obsession.

I think it shows a sexual pressence there without making her look trampy or out of character.

Didn't have time to read through the thread - overall like the figure, but is just me that thinks the reg head looks kind of small? Her body just looks thick in comparison.

I've always liked Harley as a character, but her costume sucks, imo. Having the nipples poking out adds in some much needed sex appeal to an otherwise dull look. So if SS caves like they do/did with the Marvel girls (Psylocke nipples, Rogue's rear end), Harley is gonna be lame.

Her EX head is a nice idea in concept, but it came out looking pretty fugly. Honestly, her best look is the overly sexualized Arkham City game design with the red and black dyed pony tails and the toned down make up on her face. I know SS couldn't go that route since they're focusing on the classic designs of DC characters, so any extra modifications made to Harley is very welcomed and appreciated (let's get tighter fabric on her fanny that pulls in more, get a slimmer waist maybe, etc etc)...

Now that I look a little closer her head does seem pretty small compared to the rest of the body. I wonder if it will look a little more natural in person though. I just looked at my Dracula PF and when I really look at it the head seems kind of small compared to the long body with him too, but it isn't something that you would really notice and if anything it actually makes the statue look better. Could end up being the case here too.

It's kind of nice to see someone who doesn't prefer her original look over all the others. Generally speaking Harley Quinn fans tend to just like that look and then hate all the others. Personally while I like her original look the most, I also do enjoy some of her other designs over the years.

It took some time but the New 52 look is growing on me too. I think she fits with the Joker a little more in that outfit and I really appreciate it from a color perspective. The white/grey skin alongside her dual colored hair and outfit looks really striking and stands out quite nicely. Since a lot of her recent outfits are rather sexualized, I think this one works best because she still looks unique this way.

I remember everyone pretty much poo poo'd the Joker exclusive head till people got it in hand and opinions changed. Could be a similar result here.

I think this turned out really well. Fans of the character should be pleased. I may even consider this one...not sure yet.

Have the people complaining about her sexualization ever seen a Bruce Timm drawing of her? You know, the guy who drew her for Paul Dini?

None of her original comic appearances were anything but straight up Bruce Timm cheesecake (except that he gave her big, soft nipples sticking out through her bodysuit).

Also, the exculsive isn't exactly what I wanted. Is this the part where I'm supposed to throw a fit?

I agree. I think she looks awesome. I love the classic look.

But, I also love the Arkham City and Arkham Asylum looks too.

Timm has always drawn excellent women. But Harley always looked like she was wearing a large blanket. The animated series drawings were more cute than sexy, and it took Alex Ross to draw her on a cover where she looked more adult while wearing the original costume. But still, the big goofy head dress and all white makeup, the singlet suit with ruffled wrist cuffs and elf shoes just never appealed to me.

If SS were to have made the statue more shapely like in Timm's drawing, then yea she woulda been sexy as all hell - that's why the nipples appeal to me. But otherwise she looks kinda lame =/

Overall I pleased with it, i don't like the exclusive head - doesn't really do anything for me

I love the hammer - i think the upper torso pose is nice but the legs & feet look a little awkward or something

Still going to look great beside joker and that's what matters to me!

Has anyone been able to tell if her base is Ivy sized or Joker sized? At this rate Ivy is going to be towered by the whole Batman line
