Kind of weird that it showed up on CBS' cancelled shows list.
I don't either. I still don't think the sheriff is telling the complete truth.
I'm pretty sure this was a limited series to begin with.

Yea, the sheriff had some strange cuts on his hands in the church scene. I think it would be a cop out if Wakefield is still alive. Burned dude? Naw, I don't think it's him either.

They had plans to continue the series next year with a different story.
I hadn't heard that. I guess the low ratings and the move to Saturday put an end to that.
Overall I've been enjoying the show. In the beginning I thought it was just okay, now I'm definitely at the point where I want to know who the killer is. And the grisly deaths are fun.

Have to say that I just didn't get into it - watched the first few episodes, but I just deleted the rest from my Tivo - the characters and the mystery didn't grab me.

Same. I was very interested when I saw the teasers.. but after watching the first episode I saw it was basically like a soap opera and I lost all desire to watch it.
I would hope they continue with a different story/setting/characters each year. I really like this show. It has an Agatha Christie feel to it. The possiblities for future seasons could be limitless... if they continue.
I too have no idea who the killer is. The most likely suspects have ended up dead so far. Of course I knew it couldn't be them because that would have been too obvious, but still. They were the only ones that made sense at the time.
I have a feeling it will be one of the main four. The bride, the groom, the groom's friend, or that fisherman friend of the groom's friend. (sorry I'm terrible with names
). Although the sheriff is likely too. Then of course there is the whole possibility John Wakefield (hey I remembered a name!) isn't really dead. They didn't ID the body in that grave afterall.I just hope this doesn't get canceled mid-season. We need to know who the killer is!
I've seen the first 6 and will watch the until the end now but only because i want to know who the killer is? the reason for this post is to say that it hasn't fully grabbed me either i'm going to be honest and say it's pretty dull apart from the cool kills.
My brother likes it though that's another reason i've sat through 6 eps

I thought the groom at first as well, but figured that would be to easy, but it could be. The Amy's old boyfried is possible as well.

Well the show has picked up a bit, but I hate how the killer all along was the real Wakefield. That seems cheap to me as he just now popped up and there were no real clues to it. I was on to fishboy a bit, but that may just be a ploy to throw us off.
It also looks like they are going to throw ever single clique at us. The slow walking killer, not one person can shoot a gun. Let the guy get close and blow him away, duh. These were the same people out skeet shooting . . .

Well, just watched the last two eps....darn Netflix - they reversed the order of the final two...that was almost bad....but I caught it before it was too late
Well, all-in-all, I liked it a lot - last ep was a tad goofy, but I loved this 12 ep mini.....I was hoping it wasnt the groom as I really liked the character, but heck, it was cool....last part with all the characters doing their 'congrats' part was a nice way to end it...

I watched the last two episodes today. I was definitely surprised at who it was because they kept making it out to be Jimmy. Poor Trish.

The motivation for all of it seemed pretty weak....so, you find out you were adopted and go....crazy!
