The only real issue I had with this line is that the plastic used is soft and I feel can rip easily. Even prying open the hands, so they can hold their weapons, seemed to be pushing it. Other than than I love the detail and articulation.

Boba Ben ripped a Sandtrooper's hand wedging in the big gun. Just a reminder/warning to anyone that didn't read about that. The big gun is the only one I have to pry hands open to hold. And since reading that, I haven't pried it open since. He can hold the other blasters with two hands easily and Luke's accessories fit perfectly.

Cool pics :)

He's a fast look at the Snake Eyes. I'd gotten him off eBay. Looks like the seller retooled a 1:18th and up-sized it.

I picked up the Boba and Han set on Ebay for a reasonable price from a seller in Germany(Well, way more than it likely cost, but less than $100).
But i only wanted Han.
Does the Boba in the set come with anything that makes him valuable? Or will the Wave 2 Boba have all the same stuff?
Just curious about the market for offloading Boba.

There may be some value to the exclusive box, bit the figures are supposed to be identical.

Wow, after doing that horn mod to Maul, I feel like the factory version looks so crappy now (when initially I thought it was amazing). I really think everyone should mod theirs to 'up' the awesome factor for Maul :)

That too...

It doesn't look like the stunt or the hero helmet. Nor does it look like the ESB or ROTJ versions.

They did a much better job on this 3.75" figure.

The Sandtrooper helmet looks tons better than the Stormtrooper. Seems they changed the lateral tube sculpt elongating them and putting them at a different angle? Or is it just the photo? The dome is also too round on the Stormie. Mic tips can be repainted

BTW what is that 3.75" figure? Is it the new Stormie from Hasbro? Looking pretty good for its size

The E-11 is based on the Sterling machine gun:

The folding stock was just part of the Sterling so it was incorporated into the Blaster design.

Exactly, tough the the E-11 in the lower part of the pic is not a real Sterling MK4 L2A3 SMG, it is a ROTJ E-11 where they used a MCG Sterling - easy to spot the differences in the pic. :)

The Sterling has a folding stock but it was never seen opened in SW - except partially here:

Wave 1 is flooding the shelves at Target now...a few weeks ago you couldn't find anything but R2...

Less than $100 already? Can't believe the folks that paid $150-$200 for that set...

It was alluded to that Han in Carbonite would be rereleased eventually in another form down the road. When that will be and how? Who knows. I hope with a Jabba the Hutt. That would be so cool to own Jabba in this scale and it'd make the Han in Carbonite still pretty scarce but not impossible to own.

I was thinking of getting it scanned and doubled.
The only reason I got it for so little was the seller didn't accept PayPal.
So no-one else bid on it.

We are in the same boat man!! I have a 3 3/4 Jabba display, a 1/6 Jabba Display... Now its time for a 6 inch display.

I think the Gammoreans would turn out nicely.

Just finished our second "Kennerized" commercial for my site https://www.starwarsblackseries.net/ ....

This time around, is a remake of the original large size Boba Fett commercial from the vintage line. We borrowed the original audio on this one and tweaked it quite a bit to make it fit the Black Series version. Enjoy!

More to come!

Wave 1 is still hard to find here, but usually only Luke and R2 are left. I look forward to hunting down Boba!

Its too bad Hasbro is such a new company, a veteran company would probably have included more stormies knowing that people would want to troop build. :lol
