****ies not withstanding I'm two more episodes from giving up on this series. I no longer enjo watching it. Feels more like I have to watch it rather than want to. The writing feels "off", like I'm watching fan fiction. Just my opinion but I'm almost done.

I think the problem (at least for me) this season is that there are way too many storylines and each one gets so little screen time each episode that it feels like the overall story is at a crawl. I really wish they hadn't split Daenerys from the rest of her group because now we have this:

1. King's Landing
2. The Wall
3. Winterfell
4. Daenerys
5. Tyrion ruling for Daenerys
6. Jorah looking for Daenerys
7. Sam Tarly
8. Iron Islands
9. Arya
10. Bran
11. Sansa & Brienne
12. Dorne

That's 12 separate stories they are trying to cover. It feels like everyone needs to start coming together soon if they are planning on wrapping this show up next season.

dear lord the men, or i mean boys on this forum

you know **** is a thing right? weirdos :lol
Is this a female invading our boys' club????

I was so upset to see Shaggydog dead, all my family was. Goodbye beautiful and ferocious fictional wolf. :wave

As expected Jon is done with the Night's Watch, good. I was hoping the traitors to burn but it didn't happen, at least they are gone.

Badass fight scene at the tower of Joy, I was surprised to see that Bran's presence can affect the past. Undoubtedly he'll have to make a choice at some point.

So a Dire wolfs death signals the impending death of the master?
Ghost didn't die so Jon didn't die, Aryas Wolf was sent away as Arya has done to herself, So Rickon will die as will Sansa.
(Though technically Rob died before his wolf)
Hmmm.

Like the actor who played Ser Dayne, he's good on Black Sails, too short a role.

Where did you hear that a Dire Wolf's death meant its master would die? In the show, there's not been anything to even suggest this really. The actress portraying Sansa revealed in an interview that. . .

Her character is not going to die in the show.

Though things can change, I guess. Also, her wolf dies in season 1, and now we're in season 6 and she's alive and kicking. Shouldn't there be some kind of time limit there? :lol Or are the ones whose wolves don't die going to be immortal.

I'm still gonna watch it as I've nothing better to watch while I paint atm, but I agree.

Everything feels a bit draggy, like when the hell are those dragons coming over to rescue daenarys. The scene with Tyrion feels repetitive of what has happened over the couple of seasons, bout time he should go to a whore house to get a new lover or something. There's too much stuffs happening but at the same time nothing is going on, like when are they gonna March up and kill the priest and rescue the queen. I can't wait to see what Sansa and Brianne will do to Ramsay at the end of the season

My own theory, absolutely nothing to back it up.
Unless George Martin told the actress that I wouldn't bet on her making it. I think Bran, Jon and Arya will make it to the end.
Hopefully Sansa isn't pregnant.

She'll allow Ramsay's baby to be born, only to immediately kill her own baby in a gratuitously over the top scene.

Seriously though, she should co-habitate with Brienne, and just tell everyone Brienne is the father.

So why didn't Brienne tell Sansa it was the Hound that was with Arya? She just told her she was with a man, she left a lot of details out about that encounter.
Given Sansa and the Hounds history it would've made an interesting reaction on her part if she'd been told.
As Jon moves south probably Brienne will join up with him which means she'll meet Melesandre which means...

So can Jon ignite his sword now? Is that one of the perks of being resurrected by the lord of light?
The Knights King is going to drop ice cubes in his shorts if a resurrected Jon comes at him with a flaming Valeryian sword...
(Double threat points if he's also riding a dragon)

Random thoughts on the last episode:

-While the actor playing young Ned Stark had enough of a resemblance to Sean Bean to make it work, like a previous post suggested, I wish they could have had Sean Bean back for a short scene and made him look younger through CGI…And how long ago was that flashback supposed to take place? They mentioned the Trident, and Rhaegar Targaryen’s death, so it had to be 18-20 years ago?
-Really disappointed in the North….Season 1 made it seem like everyone in the North had each other’s back. Fine, the Boltons saw an opportunity and jumped at the power grab, and Robb Stark lost the Karstarks when he executed their patriarch, but now the Umbers? IIRC, in the books (at least the earlier ones), the Umbers were one of the Stark’s fiercest supporters. While a smaller house, the Reeds (Jojen and Meera, and their father, Howland Reed, who appeared in the flashback) were loyal to the Starks. The Greatjon was such a good character, it sucks that he died off screen.
-Alright, I felt bad for a second at seeing Ollie’s dead by strangulation face…then I remembered his living, b*tch face. And it being Castle Black, you think they could have used the long drop method of hanging…
-While I like Eddison's character maturation, and since he's Jon's one remaining Night's Watch friend (Grenn and Pyp dead, Samwell en route to the Citadel) I can understand him being more serious, I do miss Dolorous Edd and his curmudgeonly demeanor.
So is the general belief that the screaming from the Tower of Joy is Lyanna Stark giving birth…to Jon Snow?

Plot twist Sansa is pregnant with Ramsay's son, but will marry Theon and raise him up to kill Ramsay later :lol

I think everyone would hate that.

If she misses Jon at the wall in the next episode I am going to be pissed. I need a mini Stark reunion asap.

Poor Rickon and Osha... they are goners.
