I agree, and she had that all too common souless female eyes. Ada slightly has that, but it's a step in the right direction.

Ughhh Berry's was awful.

I hate seamless bodies, there is too much of a risk of breakage

Just my replacement Jill in. It's pretty nick/scratch/chip free - the only things are some black paint rub on her right hand and that it has the messy area around the left eye.

Not sure either is worth returning it for another replacement or just passing altogether and getting a refund though :

The shadows from the guns and from her brow more or less hide the issues and from more than 6 inches away its hard to really notice them. May just bite the bullet and keep this one (hey if I kept SSC's Rouge PF, don't see why couldn't keep Jill).

Just a little disappointing that this has happened twice now. I love the statue and just want an issue free Jill

I don't have an issue with the head size (think its fine) and not worried about it fitting in with other HT figures since they are all still in their boxes. Just knowing there are issues even if you can't normally see them bugs me to no end. If I knew some other company was releasing a RE3 Jill, I most likely wouldn't have an issue sending it back

If you really like Jill, send it back and get another replacement. I would, no matter how many times Id have to for a statue that I liked a lot in order to get a perfect one. Its not like you have to take it back to ups and ship it out yourself. They'll just send ups to your house to pick it up. Also, have them ship it out to you at the same time, once ups comes and picks it up. They did that for me.

Their quality control sucks their best paint apps were for the licker diorama.

I can almost take them doing certain things with their sculpts I don't like but their paintapps are the only thing they push me to not buy them. Hopefully they turn it around with G and Tyrant.

It wont change they will look plain and cheap for the amount they are going for you think they would be on par with a hot toys figure .

Ive never seen any statue thats on par with a modern HT figure. No matter what the costs are

Yeah past performance is indicative of their future releases. Toymunkey crushed with their Pyramid Head and Nurse and they were 1/2 or 1/3 the price of HCG. It looks no different in hand from the press shots.
