I compared the proto pics and the new photos and they look pretty much the same. I saw it in person and it is much better than the photos....

I don't think you guys should worry about it.

I think you're right. I have noticed SS takes crappy pictures. You'd think a high end collectibles company would take better pictures to sell these wonderful pieces. Anyway, I did notice that HB is getting charged on my bank statement today, so I will have this in hand very soon.

Yes, I'm getting charged $40 for shipping, but SS usually pre-charges more than the actual cost. Once the charge goes through, in most cases it is less than the projected charge. I hope it doesn't end up being $40.

I called Sideshow today to delay the shipping until the end of the month. The reason why is so I can see the in-hand pics for myself. If it looks awesome then I'll continue with the order but if it looks like crap then I'll just make a simple phone call and cancel. That way I don't have to go through the trouble of shipping it back.

Honestly it looks pretty close to the original pics. The jacket is just as big, it just needs some frutzing with to get it to cover more of Hellboy. Whoever set it up for the pics didn't have the jacket hang properly.

something tells me thee new photos were rushed. Looking carefully theres not * that * many major changes. The new photos don't seem to focus on the face at all and just look like they have been taken fast to be put up.
I still think this will rock and am keeping it.

I am curious to see in-hand pics but I'm pretty confident about this one, at least the sculptural aspects. The coat material looks a little light and "soft" somehow. Also I'm not sure the details are accurate. But I do prefer the cloth coat to the leather duster from the first film and PF.

The Hot Toys 1/6 is definitely taking the sting out of canceling the PF for now, though.

Well....

I was comparing the prototype and production photos and there is a difference. It seems to me that they moved the hand of doom arm to the left a bit therefore lowering his body a bit. I liked the fact he seemed a bit more straight but I always thought that his arm was a little too long but now it seems more proportional.

What do you guys think????
