Probably for the best. My mind has pretty much chosen to forget the events of last season so any kind of recap would have had disastrous effects. If anything, they should have pulled a Dallas and informed us that all of last season's events were actually part a dream Sylar was having.

But a few things I wasn't completely sold on:
1) The tattoo powers just seem kind of dumb... so is the power to manipulate ink? And what part is T-Bag, and what part is the chick in the prediction or identification of people?

The girl's power is to see the future or something to that affect. It was detailed more in the online novel.

T-bag's power has to do with the manipulation of the "ink." I think his "ink" interacts with her abilities much like a crystal ball.

I watched it online last night and I thought it was decent. I like that T-Bag from prison break is the new villain. Hope it turns out better than the last two seasons.

Parkman refusing to use his power and then they way he did use it was pretty lame. Same problem with Hiro - NO NO MUST NOT CHANGE FUTURE! Unless it might help his friend get laid.

I have to say that Claire is looking pretty good though.

The Parkman/Sylar relationship reminded me of Baltar and Six from BSG.

And I guess Bennet and Tracy are going to end up together.

It was alright... but honestly if this was the first season of a show I would have turned it off by now I think the hope that it will be good keeps bringing me back.

Yeah it'll probably get cancelled after this season so having watched all the rest we may as well see it out until the end.

I thought it was pretty good. I want to know what's up with that blasted compass. And I think Parkman's storyline is interesting so far. I really like the role Sylar is playing in it, and using his power against Parkman to force him to use his power was pretty cool. Clearly Parkman is in over his head.

I don't get the tattoo guy though, I guess he has two powers? Or is ink somehow related enough to earth that he controls it that way?
