How did Sylar remove the power?
He looked into her brain to see how it works, then reconfigured his own brain.
How did Sylar remove the power?
So, Mohinder's new ability is turning into Jeff Goldblum? Add that with the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants and this show is becoming less original by the minute.
After that scene happened I though to myself "I bet by the end of the episode he's going to be in front of the bathroom mirror pulling body parts off" and damn if it didn't happen.
I really liked these episodes. They've learned not to introduce a new hero without their story tying into a main character story - such as Hiro and Daphne. I really liked Mohinder here even though you knew his glee at having powers was bound to turn out badly.
Maya could always speak english - one wonders why her brother couldn't though.
I liked Nikki/Jessica and I'm curious where they're going with Heidi. And it's great to have Malcolm McDowell back - but does this mean Nathan has Linderman's power? And why God? He thinks Linderman healed him, so what's the deal?
And I'd called Sylar last year - that as a watchmaker he just sees how the brain works and then makes the adjustments in his own. Claire getting all "I'm not human" is kind of weak though.
Anyway - very pleased with the premiere - let's hope they can keep it up.
AND MORE ELLE!
Yeah, when I first saw him hanging from the rafters I had that vision of Brundlefly
Still, I really enjoyed the season opener... some parts still have that contrived feel to them, but all in all a good start. Looks like they will be relying heavily on messing with us as to who to root for and who to fear.
I found myself annoyed with Claire quite a bit last season... I think they overdid the pissy teen angle and it made her come off too whiney. Hopefully she fairs better this season.
Good episodes, loved some goofball laughs like Claire thinking Sylar would eat her brain, nice nod to the dorks that actually thought thats how he got the powers. It was clear from the early episodes that Sylars skill was to "see" how clocks and stuff worked.
For a second I was like "oh no" when Parkman heard the turtle, lol.
One can only hope that Mohinderfly arc has a twist.
I think its wierd that they brought in her mother though....the whole scene seemed "set up" and forced. Which makes me wonder if it was supposed to be, or it was just a bad scene.
