At the end of the day you've got the right to order their whole shipment if you could. I dont agree with it, and find it selfish but each to their own.
BTW, i'm thinkin of cancelling my ex so good luck you might get mine...:rolleyes:
 
I ordered Iron Man Mark II the first day you offered it on your site. At the time the allowance was 2 figures. I ordered two figures. I just got an email today that you cancelled one of those figures. I do understand that you have changed the allowance from 2 figures to 1 figure, but I ordered when there were two available. I think you need to honor this. Now I have to scramble to figure out where to get the second figure from. I think this is total bull.

Collector these are your words above.

Please don't take offense to people asking why you don't just contact Sideshow. If you have then why not wait for a response before asking them here? Again you didn't create the thread to discuss. You don't even ask what peoples thoughts are. You just rant about something you are displeased about.

It may have been better to start the thread after you get a response from them and then have a discussion.

You will find that Sideshow provides top notch customer service and if they did this they must have had a reason. Maybe they couldn't fill all orders unless they did this. I would understand that. They would want to be fair and take all the people who bought two and make it only an order of one.

My point is you are ranting about a customer service issue that hasn't even been brought to fruition by a company that hasn't even responded to said issue.

I think the issue is pretty much at fruition. They cancelled half my order.

Why are these even available to resellers? If this is an exclusive, how can other dealers buy multiples, and sideshow customers can't? That is a better question. Wouldn't it better benefit Sideshow to allocate orders to retailers in order to provide direct sales to their own customers willing to pay full price?

Could I get this cheaper elsewhere? Yes. If I find somebody reputable and dependable enough to order from, maybe I will. At that point, I will just cancel all the Iron Man figs from Sideshow and buy six from someone else. I was only trying to support Sideshow and not some here-today-gone-tomorrow internet retailer. I have been burned in the past by ordering from companies who later went out of business. There is something to be said for ordering from the source. I can't buy from Hot Toys directly, so Sideshow was the next best thing.
 
When you order from them it states in the fine print that your order can be canceled at any time. They don't need to give a reason and just about every company has the same thing.

Sideshow pulled that ^^^^ with me on a wait list. When I got on the wait list, the limit was 2. I got emails saying both my wait lists were going to convert for that item. Couple days later they canceled one. I called and they told me it was a limit of 1. I didn't really care care, but when I got on the limit was 2. I should start a thread.:lol:lol:lol
