You got a relacement and they told me last week they don't have a replacement for me. I will be returning mine for a refund.

Mine had a fingerprint in the paint on the head. Wished the head was detachable.

Sorry to hear that Malgus...was it just the fingerprint that was wrong with yours? I would have guessed that they wouldn't have replaced it just for that. Did they offer a credit?

Yes they did offer me a credit but I was only interested in a exchange. It has scratches on one side of the head and a finger print at the other side.
It also has the sloppy glue around the top of the boots that I will willing to excuse.

Sorry to hear that. Can the LED bulbs be reached easily, maybe the can be replaced?

Wow...that really sucks to hear, bro.

I know this sounds dumb, but you think SSC would make these LEDs easy to change... It would be to their advantage to simple send out a bulb or replacement pack... Rather then an ENTIRE $800 statue.

They told me on live help that my new base is shipping in the next two days and if the light is still the same on the chest with the new base then i'll get a new body as well.

Damn after smashing him I notice a strong smell of fumes... holy nearly passed out, I suggest people breaking the body in a well ventilated room or outdoors pheww.
Legs are solid, torso is holo and they plastic tube the wires.

Just had chance to look over your pictures again
One eye looks much brighter than the other. Does that make him look like a pirate?

Oh yeah that. It's not that much brighter in person. It's the long shutter time because of the dark that makes it look like that. It is brighter but it's an easy fix. They didn't put as much paint on the right eye. I can fix that in seconds but i'm waiting to see what's happening before i mess about with it.

I may as well use this one for taking all the pictures until i get my replacment eh?

So just got mine. His right helmet piece magnet repels instead of attaching, so it won't stay in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paint looks ok but not great. His face does not fit very snug. You can see the number 5 on a piece on the top of his helmet.
