I've seen a couple people mention not liking the shirt. Not sure if this is what they're referring to, but it lays funny up near the collar:

However, this has nothing to do with the shirt and everything to do with the fatsuit ending here:

Hot Toys should have made the fatsuit go up higher, but thankfully this is an easy fix. Just stuff bits of cotton in the shirt. I used a qtip to do this:

This took no more that 5 minutes. Probably less, and that's including pausing to take pictures. I will most likely add a bit more cotton and futz around with it more, but hopefully this gives the idea. If you don't like the way the shirt is laying it's a very simple fix. :)

Given the hair style, I feel like they could have made fully swappable wigs of hair, but HT seems to shy away from that and go simpler/cheaper routes.

I might take the fat suit off one of the figures when I get mine. I liked how he looked before at SDCC.

If he looks like this without it, consider it done.

I actually really like the fatsuit. What I have in hand looks much more like the character than what was shown as SDCC.

The shirt is bad. I have some calluses on my finger from lifting heavy weights, my fingers kept scratching off tiny tiny thin strands of the material.

The DX stands are silly . . ..

Now how about Police Shootout Terminator, Snake Plissken, Marion Cobretti, John Matrix . . .

I'd be curious to see a fatsuit and no-fatsuit Joker side by side, I feel like looking at the pictures, you can hardly tell there's a fat suit on, it seems like it makes him just a bit thicker, but not quite the belly it should be.

I have two on the way (second shipment though) so that's something I'm definitely going to try.

Right. If anything he could be fatter.

Okay so I just got and opened up my Joker! I must say I'm very impressed. What a nice variety of accessories,so many ways to pose him...what to choose first!? So realistic looking too. He looked so real to my 5yr old niece that she ran out of the room screaming when I showed her the PERS feature lol. (She's okay now,Batman beat up mean Joker).

Only complaints I have are the tie is a little "off",the side does not have that "styled"crease running down it. The padded bodysuit is crooked,I think I can get it right with some futzing though. And the legs/knee joints seem a tiny bit frail or loose. I have no problems standing him up though. Overall awesome figure and excellent pics everybody!

Assuming you have the same shirt as me, that's just the way silk is. :dunno

And mine is falling apart at all, even after unbuttoning an buttoning the shirt to get the cotton in.

I agree with the shirt comments...when I switched jackets there were a lot of loose threads underneath...didn't mess with them for fear of creating a run that could be seen eventually.
