My Joker's jacket had a loose thread when i took him out of the box, no biggie my partner just used her sewing scissors to snip it off. I had an "oh crap" moment when i removed his left hand and it came out with the peg 'cause i couldn't see the hole but i just pulled the fat suit sleeve back just enough to allow myself to put another peg in there. I hate swapping out hands on these figures.

That really does suck. Hope you can sew them up nice or get replacements. Glad to have a heads-up on the fragile seams.

Is it me or does the fat suit really restrict the arm movement on this figure. On mine I can hardly move the arms forward or back.

No, I believe it's because there's several layers of stuff over the arm so it's hard to move.

I went to fix a crooked vest on one of my Jacks, and noticed that the orange shirt that the left sleeve is hanging off from the shoulder by a few stitches. I never changed his jackets so he came like that.

Their short "Contact us" video still mentions it, but I could not find it either when I looked last week or so.

It was there on the front page on Monday, top right hand corner where "or Email us" is now. I just hope the masses haven't been abusing it.

I was one of the first to get mine direct from China. Been posing and reposing for a long time and no problems. Don't let one or two bad reports turn you off like the supposed "oil" problem did for some. This thing is one of HT's top five best ever. Buy it.

I'll bet when we start paying $300 for a figure, no second bodies, we'll still not get a hand peg for every hand. For all the size they are. :/

I can imagine. I've seen enough of the rage on here. Not nice. Plus it's the Facebook/Twitter culture thats infecting this place and everywhere else. Must share, must hate, must vent rage on person/company, must whine like a backseat driver until they get what they want. Must vent rage when things are delayed or more than once. The list would be too long to continue.

Facebook/Twitter is a disease to humanity.

The only complaint OR gripe i have is you must take hands off for other coat look ,other then that he's pure bad ass..........
