I wish I had a good camera... :\ mine looks awesome but the pose is temporary, he's holding money in one hand and holding his hat in the other.

Question to my fellow Batman fanatics... would you rather see Clayface on a rooftop or in a dressing room?
Painting him and can't decide on a background. :\

What is everyone else paying for this guy right now?? I just payed $230 with shipping included. I feel like I got a good deal.

Arggggh! This figure looked so interesting... rented the movie... and my enthusiasm petered out. :( Growing up with Nolan's Batman movies, I just didn't feel this movie delivered anything special. Normally I actually enjoy older movies that seem to be very popular here like Predator, Terminator, and Back to the Future. I may get a Mr. Freeze, Harley Quinn, or Penguin if they're in the sequels and Hot Toys feels inclined. I liked them in the Arkham video games!

On the bright side... saved me over $1k not buying the Batmobile and 1989 Batman.

Haha thanks guys. Yeah just when you think your ready to swear off ebay all together you pull out a good deal like this and then your sucked right back in. I will postpone my celebration though until this bad boy arrives defect free.

So he should be punished because he is young or has a low post count? Neither of which is especially apt, by the way. You totally bemuse me Bat Freak. When people bash you over your undisguised, obviously one-sided 'All things Burton love affair/Bro-mance' you quote your entitlement to an opinion....

...then you bash him for having his, now that is truly :slap worthy.

I also assume that you did not appear on this forum, fully formed with an already 1000+ post count and in truth, if you look at some of the members here then 1000+ is not very much either. Some might say that you too are still a 'newb' compared to some here.

"NEWB" as an insult. You do realise that this usage actually exposes a lot more about you and your closed attitude than it does the actual 'newb'.

And I hate to go all 'Little House On The Prairie' or uber-DISNEY on you, but truth is, most of us can see past our own self imposed barriers and move past them. It's what a person does as they mature, we are all growing emotionally, all the time...well, most of us are.

:goodpost: Couldn't agree more with what you just said mate.

Damnnn, I've been looking for a price like that for weeks, for either Keaton or Joker. Living in the UK really up's the shipping price unfortunately :( Well done on the deal though pal.

Put Batfreak on ignore. It will make your time here more enjoyable. :)

I guess it's better that you watched the movie before committing to buy. No sense in buying if it's not truly meaningful and nostalgic to you.

I remember loving both Batman and Batman Returns as a child, but when I went back and watched the two recently, I crossed Returns off my list of movies I'd buy 1/6 figures for. I just don't like it as an adult. It didn't stick with me like the first movie did.

Edit: In regards to Batfreak's reply, don't listen to anyone who faults you for growing up in a different time than them.

Well I could do that Mags, But I'd much rather continue on here having never put anyone on 'ignore' if I can help it. The world's full of all types and unless we learn to live with each...other...we might...not....

OH CRAP! I've gone all "Little House On The Prairie" again!!! :panic:

we're all newbs?

Dang, you made me feel old. :lol

It was the Jaws of the 80's but I bet to most that didn't grow up with it it would be lackluster. I always thought Burton''s Joker had an iconic and timeless look though.
