They (HT & SS) seem to be collaborating on everything lately regarding the licences they have. So I wouldn't be surprised if something did get announced or is in the works. This DC/SS thing still is so new we probably won't know anything solid for a bit. Though if announcements keep coming like they have been Spooktacular should be pretty interesting this year

Prices for these figures being what they are, the only way I can justify buying them is to part with my Nolan-era Batman and Joker. I had to debate which era I preferred, but having grown up with '89 Batman it won out. Burton's Batman was in fact the first movie I ever saw at a theater, actually. That alone seems reason enough to have the '89 Batman and Joker be the only ones in my collection.

Neither. There is no time limit or number limit on the 1989 Batman stuff that Jack gets paid for. He opted for a cut of A-L-L merch related to Batman 1989, so as long as official products are being made for it, he gets a piece.

I'm kinda interested to know that too. I'd guess that if there was a time limit or item number limit...it would likely be both rolled into one. Such as, HT has 2 years to make a maximum of 2 versions of Jack's Joker (and Napier?). If they take longer than the two year window to push out their second version, they'd have to ink a new agreement/extension for it. If they finish both sculpts within the window, and have the time and interest in making a third version or something....they'd have to get new approval for that too.This is all just guessing though. Based on how business-wise Jack is with his image, I figure the agreement would be something like that.
