this is officially the most i've ever paid for a figure. and that's saying a lot considering the size of my 1:6 collection now.
oh well, it's not like i could've waited for it to go on clearance later. hope it's still worth it when it shows up.

no not really......but for this item...........small chance, but still a slight chance someone either screwed something up, caught up in the fervor & doesn't have the money in their account...........or possibly keeled over from a heart attack at getting through for a t order and now since the untimely death their accounts are frozen..........................one can dream.........

that was always my impression. but, i've never used it, so i can't say for sure.

how does it work anyway?
does it go by the time you placed the order in a queue and then they get converted in chronological order?
or, is it like a lottery where it gets converted at random?

Watlists are not that bad, and sometimes ya get lucky. I had an HT IM BD MKIII exclusive convert in June and I got on the waitlist in Oct. 09. I had the Back in Black Spidey Comiquette convert last year.

I would think that they go by numerical order when the waitlist item converts.

Well, I'm definitely putting a pre-order on the new Berserker Pred (hopefully he's out tomorrow, if not whenever he comes out one of these days). Whether or not I cancel my Guardian WL and get a second Predator from the new movie depends on when those designs come out. Chances are I'll cancel, though. Unless we get any conversions during/after the con, I'd much rather get two new Preds.

why cancel...............they dont cost anything & dont hinder you buying anything else.......................ya' never know.
my first sideshow item (jedi luke) was a waitlist conversion that i got on about a month after it was wait listed..............just hold onto it.
