Latest time someone posted that converted was just ove 10 minutes. But hey, I thought mine would never convert at over 7 minutes, so who knows.

tie a piece of cloth, rubber band,etc around them , heat with a hairdryer, or boil water and pour it on the dreads, or take head off and drop in boiled water for afew secounds.
