The problem may be that too many people are ready at the same time and it slows down or screws up the site. That may pose as a problem. Not to mention all the scalpers and flippers that's got like 10 different sideshow accounts with like all those ebay orders they gotta fill.
There ought to be a link at the top-right of the screen that'll take you where you need to go. But you can also go to the Exclusives list page and refresh after 10AM PDT, which will give you the option to preorder.
