After being disappointed at first, this guy solwly grows on me. I will display him with a coat anyway. Boots can be repainted to correct colour, pants can be dyed and vest will be fixed with a later release. The variety of outfits he is wearing makes a DX justifyable. Will buy this one and mod it/bash it. Its all part of the fun in this hobby.
Whats not funny on the other side, is the first price I got overhere: 220€

Also the leather gauntlet is not going to fit around the closed fist
The more and more I look at this the preview it feels rushed.

I love it. Inaccurate or not, it's Bane. If you don't like what HT is offering, just get one of those Mattel Walmart exclusive toys. My friendly HT reviewer told me that we should be grateful for even having a company to releases high end collectibles. But seriously, if you don't like it, wait for the second release or the enterbay version if they ever release bane which is probably 90%.

I think a DX is inevitable personally. Whilst I like this figure if I do want a figure of Bane after seeing the movie I'm waiting.

I'm sorry but simply don't understand when people criticise others for criticising inaccuracies? What's the problem? Does it make you realize your figures are not as nice as you thought or what

Live with it - this sort of nitpicking will go on, whether you like it or not because I guess some of us have higher standards

And it's not the joints im talking about. It's the size and shape of the body and the construction of the clothing

Looks good to me. I'm in -- though I agree it should be a $180 figure. I'm not sure Bane lends himself to anything but a bare bones release.

Like the broken mask, and the base looks great. Little disappointed in the lack of accessories. Maybe Bane doesn't use many accessories. There's at least a Harvey Dent photo and a microphone (though its not clear from the pictures whether the microphone is part of the plot, or whether its just Hardy hyping up the extras at the football stadium).

There will probably be another release. There are a couple of different costume options ... black plane hijack, stock market, black leather jacket, long-sleeved version of this getup. But, I'm not convinced there will be all that many releases for Bane.

The problem is the lack of headsculpting options. They almost have to release the same headsculpt for every figure. Unlike Joker -- who was so expressive that he had infinite headsculpting options ... Bane looks exactly the same in every shot. He is the opposite of the Joker. He has no facial expression.
