Yep. I want 100% accurate figure, but still it is figure! I understand people here, but still I see him and he looks fantastic! I can't have Elvis version, so this is good to me =)

So in thinking about usin the reward points from my dx12 to pre order bane. If i think I read it right, sideshow says if i were to do that then i wouldn't earn any points from Bane? Is this right?

If you pay with rewards points, you can't earn points for that purchase.

It's not wise to spend JUST the points you got from DX12 on a purchase... you're pretty much forfeiting points.

It's ideal to buy a figure outright with points. But this can take a while.

In this picture it looks like the mask sticks out plenty far for a nose to be in there.

The "mouth" of the head piece is a bit inaccurate/funny shaped at the profile. Especially that portion where the nose should be... there's a bit of a divot, a whole chunk looks missing.

But really, I won't notice this on my shelf.

I think the problem isn't that a nose couldn't fit in there, but that the mask is too low for the nose. Other than that I think the mask looks great. Pre ordered this early on and still loving it, despite the little niggles. I think the head sculpt looks great and the only thing I don't like is the fact that the "muzzle" is a little low. That's all.

I'll admit that the no-nose was a pretty poor sculpting choice. Luckily it's not as noticeable from the front.

I hadn't understood this whole "flat face" argument until now, and now that I do, it would take a serious nit picker to complain about it. Usually when I understand these arguments, said topic bugs me. Thank god that's not the case here.
Seriously, it isn't that obvious.

But it does improve the figure from a side profile. HT could have included it.

it was never revealed in the movie what happened to him under the mask...maybe his nose WAS gone. If so, Hot toys is even more accurate than its' source material

When you say he has no nose it seems like a huge issue, but the mask covers his face. I don't plan on displaying this guy from the side, and even if I did, it is barely noticeable.

So if they made batmans nose weird from the side you wouldnt mind as long as its good from the front? I like viewing my figures from more than one angle

Pre-Ordered! Can't want to weather him up and fix his straps! That is my biggest nitpick, the strap colors and the hardware location of the buckles...

I shouldn't matter if someone is ok with it as it is. I am. You can hate a figure for thinking its inaccuracies are bad and others can like that same figure as is. Beauty and ugliness is in the eye of the beholder.
