Figures mine is arriving on Monday, but I wont be there to sign for it. Have to work. I wonder if I can get them to just hold it at the local werehouse and I can just pick it up after work?

If you don't have an online account with them you can call CS and request a hold on it and pick it up.

Ah ok cool. It just shipped out at 5am this morning from CA so its a LONG way from me still. Ill call them and tell not to even bother delivering. My girl has to work too so Ill get one of those stupid notices on the door.

You can tell when SSC has not had a lot of stock in of an item, when you speak to them on live-chat or over the phone they start getting very vague.
I have just had a live-chat with Kathy at SSC and she is now telling me that stuff I already know. like my order number and when my final FLEX is due.
I already know all this.
It when they go from telling you one day that you will gt your figure one day, and then the very next day that your date is the 15th, it's first come first served, stock is leaving the warehouse very quickly, and if you want to complete quicker call on Monday 11th...
...that's when I start getting annoyed. They have had two thirds of my money for this since January, in their bank account just sitting there earning them interest, and it may easily occur that I will not even be in the first batch of mail-outs!

I work in retail, and you're usually not allowed to give much info to a customer about the details of it being in stock or not.
Basically, at my job, all I can tell a customer is if I have it in stock, or when I'm expected to have it in stock.

SSC says there is a 1-2 week wait before shipping. My guess is they are waiting for more to come in. Split shipment??

I hope they don't pull the same crap they did with DX12 and string those of us who already preordered and paid along for weeks. "Shipping in a few days" doesn't really satisfy my curiosity.

Well I joined the club. After Bane, I will no longer be ordering from Sideshow unless the item is in stock and I desperatly need it.
I just got off live chat. I asked when my figure was shipping and gave my order number. The lady said that my card was charged yesterday and then stated it should ship in 3-5 days. I then told her about the guy that ordered in Jan and his has already shipped when I ordered him back in Jul and asked what was up with that and asked what was the purpose of priority pre-order. She said that they charge the cards in the order that they are ordered and then sent to the warehouse.
I found that crazy and asked then why even pre-order at all if the shipping order isn't controlled and given to the people who ordered first. She said that there was/is a minor glitch in their system and they are trying to work it out.
All in all, I was very turned off by this whole situation and will not be using them again. Apparently, the order of pre-order doesn't matter. If you order it first, it doesn't guarantee that yours will ship first, it only affects the card charging order. WTF is that?
Priority pre-order is a joke too.
