Yes they are now shipping. He is listed as in stock on their site but 1-2 weeks to ship out at this point.

This is strange. Im 25 miles away from Sideshow and even though both Bane and BW were charged a couple of days ago, i still have no shipping notice.

Order placed in September, been charged and no shipping notice at all... kind of annoying when this is a $200 item.

Sounds like the shipping is random to me. I ordered mine in July, it shipped, others that ordered at the same time are not in this batch of shipments.

My guess is maybe its too much for them to go through every order and ship in the order that they were received.
