I picked this up from OneSixthKit as well and I dig on it! I never got around to getting the original Hot Toys Bane so this was an easy decision for me to get.

And your right about the vest taking a while to put on. I had to look at pictures of the legitimate version to figure out where some of the straps went.

received my Bane from TNS... not talking **** but I think I dig it more than I would have the original version, I never picked it up because I thought it was too thin, and honestly, was expecting them to release another version with PERS since that seemed like a nobrainer for a character whose entire performance relied so much on how he communicated with his eyes
but anyway, the body that comes with this kit is perfect IMO, has great shelf presence, doesn't have that long thin neck and looks great, will try to snap some decent pics by Monday

Received my Bane kit from the Group Buy, honestly, think I dig this one more than I would have the HT, which I didn't pick up originally for a few reasons
The size of this Bane figure is pretty boss, has great shelf presence, my only issue was really getting the boots on, which I'm pretty confident still aren't fully on, tough the get that peg in the boot, and also tricky to get the pegs out of the feet, one of them snapped, but considering I can't even get it in the boot, no big deal? lol The boots get on deep enough and secure enough for me not to worry about it not popping into the pegholes, but that would really be the only thing I would say to watch out for so far.
Otherwise, damn good figure for what you're paying, and then some. Will look better on my shelf once I've rearranged everything

Are there any comparisons between the knockoff headsculpt and the hot toys one? I have the knockoff at the moment but I managed to snag a headsculpt and a few other legit bits of clothing to replace most of the knockoff clothing. I know that the knockoff has quite a drop in detail in the head but is there much else different?

If you were trying to do a body swap, would the Terminator Genisys t-800 body work well considering the chest and abdomen section are a closer shape to the normal bane body?

I also got the Bane kit with a Ganghood body, the kit was great but I felt the headsculpt needed a little work. It was a bit glossy and also the eyes are a bit too small, so I added some flat coating and also painted the eyes a bit bigger



Made a Harvey Dent poster for him an also got him a pair of HT open hands







I also modded the trailmaster jacket from the "I am Legend" kit for Bane





Speak of the Devil and he shall appear


He's still not perfect and could still benefit from a custom pants and arms swap but I think for a third party kit I'm pretty happy with the result for now.
