The proto does not seem to be rubber. There is a swivel joint in the mid section and some of the more extreme poses do not show flexing. Plus, that high gloss finish. But that's the proto, who knows, but we will all find out soon!

My last flex payment for this and the chair was set for Aug 5. I'm guessing no way that happens since we haven't seen anything yet.

I've preordered the clean version, hope to PO the Battle Damaged version. I hope neither one has the QC issues of the Iron Man Mark XLII.
