Still "processing" .... grrr ...
I wouldn't call it chrome, but it's certainly a reflective silver which stands out more to me than the hues in the paintworkI haven't seen a single picture of this that shows it looks chrome. I've seen plenty of images and videos that show the iridescence of the paint app. Even clipperking said you can see the subtleties in the paintwork.
If it shows up chrome I will not be happy.

I wouldn't call it chrome, but it's definitely silver and it's much too bright and shiny. It should be more of a gray/muted silver. The forearms and torso should be matte as well, but that's nowhere near as egregious as the armor. Damn you, HT!
I fell in love with the figure in the promo pics, but Robo looked even more screen accurate at the cons. This is the figure we should be getting, perfect armor, perfect skin.
I would've bought at least two of these, maybe three, easy. It would've been the definitive Robo to own. Seeing these pics makes me want to....
Something must have happened to the paint during production. HT couldn't replicate it on a mass-scale because it was either too difficult or too expensive to do so.
it may not be perfect, but it still looks like an epic robo figure, by far the best 1/6th versionDayumn this thread is turning depressing with people saying it's not as good as the prototype (which looks amazing, especially those on page 580). I really hope this isn't as bad in hand as some of you say it is otherwise it will feel like a huge waste of cash.

im still pumped to get it, shiney paint and all
People want Robocop now. It could be black and they would buy it!!

That's the prototype, not the mass produced one that were getting.
I know man. When it comes to this figure, I swing from really excited to really depressed - I said as much in the ThreeZero Robo reboot figure thread. This figure has me feeling bittersweet.
I only own the Ultra Police cap-firing Robo and a few NECA Robos, so this will easily be my best Robo figure in any scale/price range. It just isn't as awesome as it could have been.
As evidenced by the promo and con pics, HT had the means...it just didn't deliver the goods.

Hey guys...Me thinks we might be underestimating Robo's reflectiveness in the movie
Looks bang on to me.
