Interesting. 5x10 and I were discussing that in the EB thread today if you wanna check it out. Interested in your opinion as I've generally agreed with you throughout this thread, but not so much your recent posts about the EB finish :)
12 minute mark shows a comparison of the figure paint vs the movie paint
Also, if you look at the back of robos suit, you can see how the shoulder blades have a black rubber that leads into the armor
Eb nailed the proportions of this figure, a much thicker robo than the competitors
It's a nice figure, don't get me wrong. I'm not a fan of either the proportions or the unpainted look, however. I don't really think comparing the figure to a video recording of a screen playing the movie is a worthy comparison, though; obviously all the subtle hues absent in the Enterbay figure also can't be seen in a video recording of a computer screen playing a youtube video.

If someone knows of a more flattering full-body image of the Enterbay figure (that isn't a prototype image) please let me know, but when you line them up, I personally far prefer the Hot Toys figure in every regard.

Just realized the shoulders are double ball jointed, I was able to rise the shoulders higher like there seen in the film

That's a very flattering image of the ht version paint and not very accurate to the in hand pics. Too much blue, too little silver
I've posted my side by side under normal lighting, and although you say there is little difference in paint color, I would disagree. To me, it's very clear the eb version is gray where the ht version is silver and there isn't a scene in the movie where robo is silver
Aside from the head, eb wins proportions as well. As other have stated. Ht version is too skinny in the chest and legs. In addition to that, the rubber areas on the eb suit are more screen accurate. That's the only two areas I think eb wins.

Lol seriously with good lighting you can make it look like anything.
The EB is lighted flat on that comparaison... Seriously...

This might be a slightly better comparison since we know the HT isn't nearly the color of the previous pic.

There is no discussion its Robocop vs Robocop 3, end of discussion right there, even if it was "painted" better, though as pointed out its just flat grey with no purple, green, or blue.
As if it didn't have the weller face sculpts

Lol, I asked for a more flattering photo of the Enterbay figure and instead you found a far less flattering photo of the Hot Toys figure :p

That's my point; the Hot Toys figure can and does look outstanding in appropriate lighting. If the Enterbay figure is truly more accurate, then the same should be able to be said of it. We shouldn't have to find poorer photos of the Hot Toys figure to settle this, right? Someone somewhere must have taken some photos of the Enterbay figure that show it looking equally flattering.

Those photos by David post above are nice but Show that the EnterBay figure is much flatter (too flat for my tastes), plus the photographer is hitting him with purple and blue lights to introduce color. Not so with the OMG photos (although he does always shoot with a cooler color temp, which makes the figure look more blue).

Does the box say Robocop or Robocop 3? If so then go change the title of the thread on the EB one cause last time I checked it said Robocop 3 so claim what you want, it isn't a official Weller, point given to HT again, sounds like you still like EB more and wont give it up. Do I have to repost your review?
