I'm about as late to the party as one can be, but I finally picked up my Robo yesterday. This is one of the best put together figures I have ever seen. The articulation and movement are so perfectly engineered, it's sick. I was hoping the silvery color would simply be people's pics, but nope, this thing is definitely too silver, and the blue and pink tints are very subtle. When I look at this figure, I see a fantastic Robo, but I don't see screen Robo. I hope to either paint it like Robo1 or Robo2 soon.

Congrats on the get and I would love to see a RC1 repaint! :duff

exactly my thoughts on the figure.

Sweet, was wondering if anyone of your calibre would do a repaint, Nathan. Really looking forward to it. Please post here when you do. I'm sure I'll be happy enough with the figure, stock, but I'm betting your repaint will take it to the next level.

Gakken85: Nice posing and lighting on Robo. Looks fantastic, there.

Look forward to it. We might actually get a screen accurate Robo if you do. ;)

Yep, my vote would be the same. I find Robocop 2's blue too overpowering and prefer the gun metal/pearlescent hue of the original.

I kind have to disagree with most of you on the coloring... the blues and purples ARE there if you put the right light on it.

You can see it in my photos and in the video I'm upping soon.
It really shows up on the lower legs and upper arms, but it's present on the chest too.

Maybe they could have tinted it a bit more but it's not worth bitching about as much as some have bitched.
My main issue is the ankle swivel not being there, but meh.

That's not the complaint really - the complaint is that he's just too bright, needed to be darker.

This isn't me having a fresh moan, just clarifying the moan.
