Dont get me wrong, long jacket looks great. If it could even just unclip the trench part off, I think theyre exactly the same from the waist up.

The long coat looks amazing but the shorter one is more heavily featured in the movie, I guess thats why most people would prefer that one, still the long coat looks great and who knows maybe the short coat will be Gamora's exclusive

Yeah I know it was used for the majority of the movie which is why I agree with everyone and think its a let down but this figure looks so good I have a difficult time being miffed about a little thing like that! And like you said maybe the jacket will be an exclusive that comes with another character....or a 5 pack
