Well I was joking about getting Marty early but I do remember some guy getting r2-d2 from SS freakishly more quickly than everyone else for no apparent reason. How long is Marty supposedly delayed?

Isn't the email just in regards to people who were using flex pay being delayed to the same day of the next month, and not a general "delay email" for all people who ordered.

Since sideshow likes to fully charge before they ship out would mean they are just expecting it late may/early june?

I feel for you guys waiting for Marty. I couldn't resist ordering one from Hong Kong just to avoid the agony of waiting for Sideshow. I never want to pay extra to get a figure early, but with Marty it's another story.

I buy direct from Hong Kong not so much to get the figure before anyone else but because of the top service and piece of mind I get from buying from the seller I use. Some of the UK companies I have brought HT figs from have been a nightmare, only so many bad experiences before I take my custom elsewhere.
SSC is out of the question because of the posting charge to the UK.

from ebay? if so who do you recommend?

I ordered 3 months ago. Never got an email. But I didn't use flex pay either.

I haven't gotten an email. I ordered 3 days after it went up, waitlisted myself on the exclusive. It converted three weeks later. I didn't use flex pay though. I hope it's not a case of flexers only getting delayed, that would be unfair.

I think it's been determined that SSC does not care of when you ordered. They don't seem to have a set pattern for when items get shipped out.

This is true. It seems like you're far more likely to get your figure if you send payment immediately after it arrives in the warehouse than if you paid as soon as the PO went up.

Well I would like marty NOW but im not sour about it. I'll get him whenever SSC decides to ship.

In the meantime I was at a game resale shop the other day and picked up "Back to the Future" the game for Wii to hold me over. If you haven't played it, I really recommend it. telltale did a great job!

Yes I agree. Berserker - Tracker - Falconer Predator figs were a bit taller.

Very cool pics i would' ve had them all fighting with Marty with cam in just shock of what he's seeing a alien fighting a machine and superman in flight about to fly in. Shocking scarey future Marty
