I got my War Machine today but he's missing his ammo belt. Does he not come with it or is mine missing?

It should be taped to the top outer edge of box. You can just see it in this piccie.

To owners... How many batteries are in your neck? Mine has 2 but looks like there is room for one more.

Thanks in advance!

2 also but it should work with 3.... with 4.65v (1.55v x 3)it's still below the 5v... that most LED needs.. I'm betting it's a 5v LED, but it could be a 3v (which requires only 2 batteries.. and a 3rd might kill it)...

The entire neck (2 piece) is of transparent plastic.... and painted grey

Bad design on HT's part (for WM's head lighting):
1) The inner socket on the head is black plastic, absorb most of the light.
2) A mere slit was all that is on the head that allows light to the eyes.
3) LED is directional, and it's directed up, the side slit for which the eyes gets gets only a small portion of it (roughly 20% or less of the intensity then if direct).

Hey guys, anyone know the best place to get this online currently? I was thinking Toys2 net, has anyone got it from them yet? (sorry if this has been asked already)

Yeah I was going to get War Machine but I cancel my order in favor of a Blitzway Scarface... Im going to be having a lot of figures coming in soon too including Berserker and T-800 form The Terminator I just couldnt keep War Machine on order... :( :( :(

Until today I was never interested in this figure. I've got MkIV on preorder, and the more I look at this one, the more I'm thinking of ditching Mr Stark. I might trawl through a few pages of this thread and see what folks are saying about the in-hand experience.

Ah, sheeeeeet, I still don't know, I can only afford one. I think I'll stick with MkIV just cause it's Iron Man... but if I hadn't seen the movie I would've said War Machine was the cooler looking figure.

Nice work, bandito.
The attention to detail is appreciated.

Your autopsy of the headsculpt is fantastic as well!:yess:

I'm really having a hard time deciding between this guy and Mk IV. I don't have any other IM figures, so whichever one I get will be my first. Or I could get both, but be left with little play money for the later half of next year... so it might mean having to pass on any awesomeness that Hot Toys decide to bring out in 2011 (DX04 and CR Superman are budgeted for, no worries there).

I'd be interested to know if anyone thinks these figures are that good that it's worth getting both.

Holy cow, I know I'm going to end up getting both dammit, somebody save me from myself.
