Getting the IW Cap and converting it I have a feeling is going to be the way to go if one wants a proper looking EG Cap. HT I feel is going to botch that chest area with this figure. Not to mention IW boasts a better looking body.

Ive read its actually under the infinity war release, you just need to pull the material off. You can see it through the holes on unmodified figures. I guess cap though that would be easier than having the whole costume dry cleaned.

Thanks for the info medicomsucks. Unfortunately I don’t have the IW Cap.

I have the Civil War Captain America which I think is awesome! However I think he would look even more iconic if I could somehow add the scalemail to the his existing costume.

True SilverStar17 but I don’t want to buy a second version of Cap. Also I would prefer to have a version that has the scalemail AND a clean uniform.

That said i am glad to know that Hot Toys has produced a version of this figure with scailmail. But I have to admit some of these custom jobs people have been posting are amazing!

Those are pictures from the official Hot Toy prototype lol

Some of the custom works here look definitly better than that (which is often the case in this hobby).
But I don't have the skills or time to do that myself. So this is still the best option I have.
