1/6 Hot Toys 1/6 Battle Damaged Thanos

I still haven’t pulled the trigger but am leaning more toward the clean armored version since there are some pretty good deals to be had on him now & I think the look may prove more timeless. The nano gauntlet after all wasn’t his or part of his plan.

Where are the deals on this figure? I’ve seen that posted a couple times but haven’t gotten a response. Thanks in advance

Not this battle-damaged figure, the original clean armored version. With ToysWonderland‘s christmas code you can get him for $400 delivered. There’s also this place but I can’t vouch for them: Hot Toys Thanos Avengers: Endgame MMS529

That's shocking they haven't been sent out yet. I received mine on November 4th from SS. I know they had been receiving him in waves at the beginning of each month because they started shipping him out early October. I contacted SS customer support the 3rd week of October and that's what I was relayed.

Just unboxed Thanos and he looks terrific. Unfortunately the base seems to have shrunk in the mail.

Yeah the base is awkward, he's not meant to stand on the lower ground so you got this big empty space at the back. Would've been cool if there was some crevice/slot to stick his weapon in on the lower ground.

Would have been better if hot toys included a 3rd head sculpt where Thanos is grinning,, so you could display it with Thanos doing the snap like in the movie.......

Has anyone else got a soul stone, the orange one, that has almost zero color in it, depending on the angle? All the others are ok. Not that fussed was just checking that it worked but curious.

Regarding the display base, from what I've seen the way to make the most of it is use the layers of the rocks to have one leg up higher than the rest. Here's somebody's pic from Instagram:

Oh yeah the crotch grabber placement makes it absolutely unusable. Hopefully you have a nice sturdy place where he can be left to stand freely on the rock without toppling to the floor below.
