Hot Toys 1/6 Hoth Leia

I can definitely see myself slowing down. Some of its rising costs, but also a lack of space. With my OT Star Wars wants pretty much taken care of after Leia, ROTJ Luke and maybe Tarkin, it'll be down mostly to new SW releases and the occasional Marvel hero when they introduce new ones.

It's an interesting thing - once you've gotten HT-quality figs of all the characters you want to display, what then?

I'm getting close to all the characters I want (have had to make a bunch though like Bespin Guard, Ree Yees, Ugnaught etc.) but am also almost out of space.

Waiting on Leia Hoth, Han Besp and Luke Jedi, then... hmm... no more Freaks, no more anticipating new 1/6 releases?

I suppose at that point, you just wait for new and improved versions of the characters you have.

Sure there other figures I would like to see in 1/6 scale BUT not interested in paying $300 CAN for them. So exit strategy becomes easier. I think HT Returns Penguin would be a figure I would be interested in but again will HT put out a good or half *** product for a old license. And will there be different Penguins incarnations?

Same here. She'll be my first Hot Toys Star Wars figure, so that's exciting too!

I know the ANH dress is iconic, but I've always liked her Hoth gear.

I've only been collecting for a couple years now and have to start slowing down. At that age where I need to be saving to move out... I really hope they don't announce many more ROTS figures, but I also hope they do...

I've seen a bunch on eBay, but they use stock photos and I'm not sure if they're trustworthy...

Still waiting on emperor, DS trooper, endor Luke/Leia etc. What about Lando, Wicket, Krennic, and other theoretical figs. I guess from my perspective the well won't run dry for at least a couple more years.

True, they will probably eventually do hoth Luke and Han, snowspeeder Luke, hopefully veers, and so on. They could also eventually do 2.0 of certain figs but I hope they tackle stuff like Jabba with goons and cantina creeps.

Yeah, then maybe Bespin Han before Hoth Han or Luke too. "Hoth" Leia can easily double for a "Bespin" Leia. I would love to see Lando next though myself.

Well Jack Bauer hinted that Lando was in the works, so there is that. ESB Boba and Vader pre-orders could also lead up to Cloud City Lando. Jack also hinted that RO figures aren't as dead as they seem to be which I can only assume means Krennic, Cassian, or both.

All these Empire figures and no Luke or Han or Lando yet. Not counting DX Luke.
