Yes, I can remember being at my LCS and buying my daughter a Sideshow 1/6 BTVS figure for that price. I remember seeing a DC Direct 1/6 Dark Knight Batman for $99 and thinking that's really cool, but no way in hell I'm ever paying $99 for a 1/6 scale action figure. Turns out I was right.

Yeah, and this is essentially a vinyl statue - so a price point of $220 is not bad, but it's far from great.

I think the “didn’t like the movie but I need a $220 King Shark crowd” should hold off on preordering for six months to make sure that there is enough available inventory for the folks who actually appreciated the film
