ok guys..I just got the quote back from my ocean freight guys.its gonna cost me about $50-$60 inbound freight if i ocean freight them in. Tonight I should have the info on what it would cost to ship them direct from HK..hopefully by tomorrow I will have a definite price on the Batmobile/Tumbler!!

but I think I will order the tumbler and batpod on ebay around 90 days before its release, wich I calculate is around december? so pre order for me in mid october.
Because you have a 90 days right for a refund of you money if the goods are not yet shipped to you.

so just in case something got wrong with your pre-order in june-july, and the goods are available in december, but you didn't get it for some reason, your 90days refund is already long gone and all that money waisted..
Wanna play safe, and just hoping that around mid october there will still be some bat-pods and tumblers to pre-order...

Big Bad Toy Store listed the following info:

POD - 9.80 pounds (5 Kg)
BATMOBILE - 28.00 pounds (15 Kg)

While Toys2 listed the following info:

POD - 28.00 pounds (15 Kg)
BATMOBILE - 60.00 pounds (27 Kg)

I strongly doubt the Pod is 15 kg,its just plastic so 5 kg is more right.

I'm also sure that the tumbler is nowhere near 60lbs. It's possible that they had to list an erroneous weight to get their shipping calculator to display the right price for an oversized box.

Basically you save $400 off of BBTS price if you order from Toys2. That would get you a Batpod and TDK Batman!

I saw a UK site where the Tumbler was 500 pounds, basically $1000. So the BBTS price is a steal next to that.

I understand what people said about the reasons for BBTS's high price, but who are they selling to? People who just don't know about the other options? I can't imagine why anyone would buy it for that price.
