What I see in this picture is the articulation has been improve from 1.0.

If you have the original release, you CAN NOT open legs like this, glad to see new poses can be reproduce this time.

Unlikely. Looks like he’s barely any higher than he would be on a standard HT base.

Mine is still holding up fine, though he can barely move due to the full rubber suit.

One of the gauntlet spikes and the bat symbol on his chest fell off though.

Hopefully but not necessarily - what if HT changed the formula?

Not toy related but i remember Spalding changing their TF-1000 basketball a few years ago - the new balls looked similar from a distance but was made from a crappier material.
