Yes indeed is an awesome figure. And is more impresive in hand. The body is really well done. Better than hot toys last attemps of rubber bodies/arms. This is easyly a 10 out of 10. You know.. A semi naked dude just bought her an apple

I'm going to copy some of that. The apple is a brilliant touch as well.
Just one thing, check the body for stains from the cape, I've heard it can happen.

I never put my cape on the figure, but pretty sure folks were mistaking some red fuzz lightly sticking to the body for stains?
Btw if anyone needs a spare cape to battle-damage or vinegar-rinse, let me know.

Thanks Koolop!! I had that pose in mind since I get Dorothy with her apples. I said to myself "had to do the pose with the apple" lol..
Thanks Abake!! Just bought Leonidas and received him 2 days ago. There's no stains from the cape yet. Hope they don't appear later..

Got this in yesterday:
Custom/Kitbashed King Leonidas from 300
Since I can't afford the skyhigh priced Leonidas.
I went the custom/kitbashed route, through Ebay.
Everything is included except for the screaming headsculpt (but MOMTOYS will take care of that), arrows and of course the official Hot Toys stand.
This is still a very pricey set, but not as much as the original one is going for.
Love this guy, but I find him very hard to pose, due to the rubber body, don't want to force it too much.

The cape doesn't stain, it just looks like it. It's just fine red fluff from the cape, and can be rubbed off with a damp cloth with min fuss.

Yeah its highly unlikely HT will ever make another Leonidas, a bit like how they probably will never make another Blade. I thought I would stump up the cash for this guy before the price goes up to the Godfather sort of price.
Got the fig... The fig is in mint condition, Looks like new in box.

Glad to hear it's issue free. This piece is the very epitome of oldie but goodie
this figure holds up really well,it's still one of the best figures in my collection.its disappointing they didn't give us a few more figures from this line,considering all they really had to do was sculpt a different head it should have been easy to do at least one more Spartan.unfortunatly I doubt it will ever happen and I can't see a 2.0 ever being made but you never know.hot toys has surprised us before.
