Leonidas won't have the oil problem of the DX Batman as this is a rubber body like Rambo, Rocky and Dutch. If I'm correctly informed (from reading the huge threads) the oil problem is somehow due to the mix of different rubbers which Leonidas doesn't have.
BTW, does anyone know when this guy will be in stock in Hong-Kong or China cause I'm not a fan of pre-orders??

Yeah, but if anything Leonidas appears a bit short, since he's next to the MJ figure (which uses the slightly shorter slim TT). Maybe it's because his legs are a bit spread out.

I just think it needs more shades and more definition.
Though maybe that's the problem with this material?
It can't take paint as they say to watch the paint on the neck on figures like Dutch. It rubs off evidentially.

Well considering Michael jackson was 5'10" and Gerard Butler is 6' 1", it's not that far off... Arnie on the other hand looks huge considering he is 6'0"

Just checked out the Hot Toys site this morning and in the reviews section the pic of Leonidas has been replaced with Aldo. Could this mean that the release is very imminent?

On Sideshows website they say he will be released this month, but doesn't it take a month or so for figures to come from Hong Kong. This is a strange one, no one has in hand pics yet, very strange indeed.
So do most of you really believe this will be next out? ..this was announced b4 mech test tony right? ..damn i really need both of these figs in my collection ..we should see some inhand photos soon more then likely on ebay.

WOW. I'm surprised no one's mention that the sculpt is new. People usually pick up on that fairly quickly i.e. Aldo Raine. 
Nose is thicker, they got rid of all the lines around the eyes (which made him look older) they reduced the cheeks around the beard so no more chipmunk look and overall the face is rounder and fuller (like Gerard Butler's face). IMO it actually looks like King Leonidas from 300 now.

I'm real curious to see if he's actually able to lift his arm over his head like in that official pic.
