Nah..Most absurd superhero movie EVER.
That's what I was getting at actually. No, Batman Returns is pretty absurd and macabre, I agree. Strange in a good way though. Batman and Robin is just stupid.
Wife got me a $25 Best Buy card for Father's Day. Just bought this today for 19.99. True story:
What the hell? That cheap? I bought the first two on ebay for that much
There are steel book versions out right now for Batman 1989 and Batman Returns if anyone is interested.
If the Nolan trilogy isn't able to get a Caine version of Alfred, who overall played a bigger role in The Dark Knight Trilogy than Gough did in the Burton/Schumacher films I'd say not. Gough was one of the best parts of the original Batman films though. What are the chances of seeing a Michael Gough figure?
Yes and only $9.99 at Best Buy.
Does this have all of the special features that came on the Anthology? How many discs was that thing anyway?
That should be right. I've got the four films separately and they're only one disc each so they're probably just repackaged with new artwork and in a four disc case.I'm not sure. Its only four discs but looking at the back of the package I do see it has a 6 or 7 part documentary called "Shadows of the Bat," director commentaries, deleted scenes and music videos. So it sounds pretty loaded.

For sure. That's the version I've got. Digibook's are the one type of special packaging I'm a sucker for. Usually don't really care that much about steelbooks but I have a few of them.20th anniversary digibook>>>89 Steelbook.
