Wasn't there a big broohaha about his rubber torso leaking? Or was that much ado about nothing?

Returns Batman shouldn't have that problem with his plate armor.

Mine is a dry as the Sahara.........no leaks

Just recently someone posted some pics of something wet on the abs.
I don't think its anything like the DX02 though. Difabio identified it as something that was on the figure when it was new. I dunno...

Really interested to see what the Returns suit looks like though. I figured it was going to be rubber like the DX09. You think they'll do something different for the chest piece?

Mine is still dry and I play with it like the world is going to end tomorrow.

That's funny, if the world was ending I thought I would definitely do some action stunts with my figures. Spider-man swinging from all sorts of ****. Tumbler driving off tables. Superman in a sling shot. If I had a terminator figure, he'd do that sinking thing with the thumbs up in my pool.

THAT'S how you'd waste your final hours of life? :cuckoo:

I loved Batman and Batman Returns as a kid but man did the Penguin freak me out. Still kinda freaks me out! Not sure if I would want a 1/6 scale version of the Penguin on my shelf.

Hahaha that did make me chuckle I love it when people troll you sir are a genius I was like I didn't right that aha! I'm not a massive fan of the 60s show at all just seen people ranting about they want 60s batman! I actually want Penguin almost had one but couldn't afford $950 for a custom! I hope they make penguin!

They have at least hinted that they'll be doing Batman himself right?

Well, there's a DX insignia on the pg 1 teaser in this thread, so hopefully they do, but I would not at all be shocked by a DX Penguin.

I hope DX Penguin has at least one Penguin Commando packed in with the doll. A new body and padding will have to be developed if it hasn't already and I wonder how much of that will be reflected in the cost. And how hard is it to give us a Schreck? $179.99 is just fine for a guy in a suit! Funny how I have no desire at all for a Pat Hingle Gordon but HAD to have my Gary Oldman Gordon.

Yeah, those were posted in the '66 thread. They're actually pretty fantastic sculpts.

Nothing funny about that at all. Oldman is Gordon.

He's great but I loved Bryan Cranston as Gordon in Year One and hope they cast him in the reboot. Look at the Breaking Bad pilot. He's got the look right there.

Key difference in how the character was used in the Burton/Schumacher films vs. how he was used in the Nolan films. The Nolan films he actually served a purpose in all three films and had a fair amount of screen time for what can be considered essentially a secondary character. The Burton/Schumacher films he was basically a bumbling idiot who only showed up when he was needed and didn't even seem like a competent character.
