Okay okay, for those of you offended by the "broken english" line, how about it's too well translated into English in order to be legit? lmao

Back to hoping...

****.Po [One of HT's early figure reviewer] confirmed on toysdaily that the recent interview posted on OSR is a fake. ****.Po said he asked Howard himself about it and he denied it.

My bet is on SDCC/other summer conventions this year.

That's where The Joker and the Batmobile were unveiled (to everyone's surprise). That's where the 60s Batman, Robin and Batmobile debuted. If I were a betting man, I'd say one, fine July/August afternoon will have show room floor shots of Returns armor Batman, Penguin and Catwoman.

Or specs/pics go up on a Monday in April after Hot Toys cleanses their palate of the CA: Winter Soldier collectibles . . . .

Hope so. Wasn't there an actual interview where Chan said Hot Toys would finally get to Batman Returns this year?

Yeah, they said last month that Batman Returns and Back to The Future were "ready for deploy".

^ Yeah, whatever that means. At this point, I'll believe something is really "ready for deploy"

when I see the pre-order go up

when I get a tracking number

when I sign for it from the UPS guy and actually have the figure in my hands.

Yup.

If it happens, it'll be completely random too. I fully expect to wake up and go online before I go off to work and see the Returns Batman specs/pics and have it be totally off guard. There's no rhyme or reason to these releases.

Language barriers, man. Everyone knows that he really said "really just a ploy [to keep our competitors from attaining the licenses]." That last part just got cut off.:lol

Crazy thought. My community has had land cleared, dirt filled/cleared, town homes built and people living in them in the last two years plus of me waiting for these figures.

My youngest son has entered and finished his first 2 years of school , my oldest has finished elementary and entered junior high, and my wife and I have decided to have a third kid, gotten pregnant, and will have had the kid... All before a single prototype has been shown (if they don't beat her June due date). :)

To be fair, baby makin' is a lot easier and less time consuming than designing an action figure line.
