Everyone's mind goes to Returns; why the hell couldn't you ask about Arkham City, OSR? I get that it's not everyone's cup of tea, but literally one question. That's all it takes, and, yet, it's constantly avoided. I'm glad we at least got an update on Returns, though, as sad as it may be. The Ra's news is awesome, though. The fact that said figure means a complete line-up means I might actually want to collect Nolan Batman again, now that they have a Batman figure with a seemingly good likeness coming out, as well.

It sucks, but, hopefully, they, at least, revisit 89 a few times between now and then to tide Burton fans over.
I think that's probably the main reason they're revisiting the entire group. NECA have her rights so HT probably do now aswell.

I'm kind of curious if the "some video games" might include Arkham Knight. Forgoing the AC designs for the brand new ones; boy, would Riddick be pissed.

I have to agree. Even 2015/2016 are rough dates (remember "launch end of 2012"). I going to put this down as saying HT lost the Returns license. They thought they could put this on the shelf and focus on Blockbuster movies forgetting that the Expiry Date ran out!! The good news is that we finally have our update and the news means we can forget about this line for now (close thread please). I can forget about this line. Funny over the weekend I purchased Barney Ross E2 figure. I was hesitant as I purchased it using my Batman Returns funds I put aside. I feel much better about my purchase now. I am just afraid that BR DX prices in 2016 will be 3X that it is now or HT will not be around in 2017 to offer Returns figures.

So is HT version of updates to their fans through a casual interview? So if the interviewer never asked these questions the MJ Smooth Criminal is still happening and Batman Returns is still on track for late 2012? Kind of ****ed up if you ask me!!!
Batman Returns is still on schedule for late 2012. They just need to make the Back to the Future Delorean first and then they can ship the Returns figures back in time.

And in that time -- 2 years -- alot can happen and alot can change in the business. STAR WARS will be back in full force and demand attention. AVENGERS will be back in full force and demand attention. Who knows what crazy new franchise might get started within the next two years.
If HT can push this off for that long, then they can't be very far along with the process to begin with.
