TDKR should be a good reason to revisit Begins and make a Ras Al Ghul.

I just don't want them doing some lame crap like a young flashback Ras or a fake Wannabe Ras Al Ghul.

All I want is Neeson Ras as he appeared in Batman Begins with his LOS armor and/or the final Narrows outfit with the gas mask. That's all I want.

EB should get the Begins license and make a 1/4 Ra's.:lol

I think there's an Arkham sequel coming isn't there? I haven't been following the DLC.

Honestly, I think they could wait and put out ANY kind of Batman figure from any source and it would sell well. Movie year or not. I still can't believe how well received those '89 Batman figures are. I know this is the 20th anniversary of Batman Returns and Arkham City is a few months old, but I think they'll sell regardless.

Hot Toys is certainly strange with their choices in figure slots and releases. If I were them, I'd try and get Returns Batman out by next May. Perfect time to coincide with the Batmobile.

I expect to see some Batman Returns stuff at SDCC. It'd be cool if Arkham and Returns are both there though.

There's some almost very certain Harley Quinn story DLC coming soon. I think that the Returns figures should hit close to the anniversary (so specs and pics in the summer as well).

That would be nuts if Returns, TDKR and Arkham specs/pics/preorders hit simultaneously this summer. Then not only that, but you have Enterbay with their 1/4 figures coming soon.

Still not sure why Hot Toys decided that 1/4 Batman Returns figures are necessary. Why not just focus on 1/6? Batman '89 seems like a better candidate for 1/4 figures. Not that Returns isn't iconic enough, just seems like an odd choice.

I'm curious to see what they do, especially in the case of Returns Batman and the Police Shootout T-800. Are they going to do a 1/6 version AND a 1/4 version or are they only going to do one scale. I'd hate to see a 1/4 Returns Batman instead of a 1/6 one.

If i were them i wouldn't hit the same character in different versions all at once or around the same time, it'll be splitting the customers into choosing rather than nabbing all of them

I just want Arkham Batman. That's arguably my most anticipated figure of the year (that and the EB Batman are tied right now).

Not interested in any BATMAN FOREVER OR BATMAN & ROBIN hot toys?

I can't say I would even consider those two. I'm already wondering whether or not I'll be able to swing Returns stuff, and that's a movie that I do like.

Jim Carrey Riddler would be hard to pass on. Tommy Lee Jones Harvey Two-Face could be pretty cool as well, depending on how Hot Toys made him.

As far as films go though, the Burton and Nolan Batman collectibles from their first two films have always been my main focus. They're all I really care about. I really have no plans or desires for anything beyond '89, Returns, Begins or the Dark Knight as far as Hot Toys film licenses are concerned.

I would buy Riddler, Two Face, and Mr. Freeze. Especially Mr. Freeze.

Yeah, I'd probably buy Mr. Freeze for the lolz. He'd be pretty impressive with that armor too, especially if he had blue LED lights in the helmet and suit. He'd make a great 1/6 figure.

Exactly. I have to say that's one of those crazy choices (if HT did Batman and Freeze instead of Batman and Joker) that I wouldn't cry over (well, maybe a little). I do think that the AC line's vitality has the potential to surprise people if sales are good (which they will be).
