Loved the Aquaman Movie. I ordered the Sideshow and Prime 1 statues but just couldn't pull the trigger on either of these. The resemblance is just not there.

I will go out and make the claim that I don't think that the sculpt is bad. Is it perfect? Not 100% but it's not as awful as folks are lining it up to be.

One of the things while watching the movie I found was that the promo pics for the figure make his beard look too smooth and round. He's got a very intentionally scraggly beard. I see much more roughness in the JC Hong sculpt and that helps the appearance a lot.

I think they need to improve sculpt on lips and paint on eyebrows..
Also they made his skin too clean and perfect. Imperfection brings hid likeness, I think

Well when I showed the images of JC Hong's sculpt to both my wife and my daughter (independently of each other) they both said it looks like one of our neighbors. And now I see it. And this guy looks nothing like Jason Momoa. So, I'm out on this unless they fix the sculpt, which I'm doubting they will, so I'll wait for the sequel figure and hope for more accuracy.

Movie was ok, some cool ideas, nice action. Wilson and Kidman were good.

Mera was crap, zero chemistry between her and Aurthur, story was kind of everywhere and 2 villains weren’t needed.

A mixed bag for me.

The money its pulling in is insane, 700 mill already, this will cross 1 billion easy.

No surprise.....good script. DC also have the better MAIN characters. So it's about time WB started making money.
