Do I understand correctly: this guy wins the auction, doesn't pay, then decides to leave YOU negative feedback....how is that even possible when there's no transaction?

It's a well known fact that eBay favors the buyer.

I once sold this guy my HT Kit Fisto figure for like, 35$....
He starts throwing a fit demanding money back saying that the packaging that was supposed to be in the box wasn't there, and that the figure was curled up in a ball and the joints were so loose that he couldn't stand up.

I remember knowing that there was know way the figure could have been curled up like that, I packed the hell out of it. In my description it said that the box was included, never really said anything about the packaging..dunno why that even matters though.
I opened a case against him and lost. I had typed 2 pages in the case explaining the situation and all that.. He said a few sentences that were complete BS, and I lose.
I actually got to keep my money though, because he never shipped the figure back.. Obviously some type of scam. Oh, and he left me bad feedback

Now I'm still trying to get $380 back from something I bought in DECEMBER...

The Human race is complete garbage.

I see that everyone looks either for scar or celtic , but i dont see that many looking for chopper , elder or any of the ancients is there a reason why?


to me all the figures are great but my top list will be

1 any of the ancients they both are great
2 celtic
3 scar
4 chopper
4 elder

I'd like to get a Chopper to round out the three main from AVP. I just don't know If I'd be willing to pay $500 or more for one.
