One thing i "hate" about this hobby , is that months pass by so fast because we are always looking forward months ahead in the future for our figure releases lol

I've been trying to hold out on buying this until the hover version they showed last year is released or at least announced as a PO, but slowly losing willpower. If I can hold out until SDCC, we should know for certain by then. I doubt I'll be able to not buy this.

That's what I was planning to do, but I'm pretty sure that the DeLorean will be sold out by then.

Viewing previous posts about shipping prices to europe makes me wish to live in US... the sideshow rate calculator marks more than $1000 for the final price (and this is often a lower estimation to the actual amount).

I saw these Deloreans on bttf fb page some cool custom ride's.

limo only built from damaged deloreans

The convertible should've never been done never change the doors. still not bad.

pimped out red version.

I have so many Epic Photos planned when this comes in. Every one of my 1/6 scale figures wants a ride in the DeLorean. ;)

Yeah, technically impressive toy by the looks of it, but as a batmobile design it's rather crap IMO. As has been said, it will fade from memory while the BTTF Delorean will continue to stand the test of time.
Agreed. '89 Batman gets way too much acclaim around here. Really it's a mediocre movie with mediocre designs, and won't stand the test of time. . .we are talking about that Batmobile, right?

I'm hoping to see really good side pics of marty sitting in the car. Maybe it's the bulky red jacket, but he seems kind of big for the car and his head is touching that top part of the door.

This will be sold out very soon

That is my only concern, because there is no way I can afford it this year with the city hunter I am paying for in march along with PF statues of TDK Batman, Jason Voorhees and Darth Vader after the Maquette which I cannot miss out on this year, god help the Ebay market on getting this piece. My only upside in this selling out soon, will it mean we will get the BTTF part 2 Delorean? since it will show Hottoys that this is in high demand. The price still is a annoyance, but I do want to own this piece, its just the worst time in getting one with orders clashing, not too mention this piece will cost me in the UK 924 dollars, over 200 dollars more than what I paid for Bane and the tumbler combined

I hope we do get a Part 2 Delorean but I'm curious as to what they would price that at now. It's been what, about like 2 years now since they announced the Part 1 version? I think it would be very likely that the hover conversion would be much more pricey than this one and we wouldn't see it till at least early 2018. I wouldn't be able to wait that long to have a Delorean in my collection!

Well the delorean has arrived! It's big and weighty. I didn't want to say heavy because someone would say there is something wrong with the earth's gravitational field.

It almost didn't fit my shelf.
