I'm telling you guys, we're probably in for 2014 proto pics and a 2015 release.

I'm suprised they even got the license in the first place...

1. It's not a Superhero license.

2. It doesn't have a recent or upcoming move release hype to capitalise on.

3. It's not a remake or re-release of previous figures or previously made characters.

It goes against their trends, which makes it unlikely to come for a long, long tine imo

True, but !

It is the best God Damn Movie / Trilogy in Film History. That counts for something. IMO. :lecture

so in other words its not absolute crap like most of their releases

I would nt know where to start personally but it would be great if we could get all of Howard Chans informal interviews together in one place,as he chucks more interesting tidbits around in a single paragraph than we get from Hot Toys Facebook page in a year.

HT sprinkles these in. We got Bruce Lees, Godfather, Platoon, and Inglorious Basterds in the past. But you are right--these are the real exceptions to the rule. HT has no real strong incentive to get this license moving because of your number 2. And they're probably not all that hyped about the sales prospects. So, I'm not holding my breath on when these come out (if at all). I thought we might get a prototype shown off this year, but really don't expect a figure until 2014 at the earliest. I hope I'm wrong.

Horrible as this may sound to those eagerly awaiting these figures that might actually be pretty neat to coincide them with 'the future' of BTTF part II.

Either that or send them back in time to either 1955 or 1985.
