You gotta wonder how long some of these things have been in development. BAM, Bespin Luke Skywalker?

Keaton and Nicholson were most likely in development long before the announcement in the winter. Judging by all the excellent work we've seen from Hot Toys (Bale sculpt, Captain America, Spider-Man, Avatar) so far, these '89 Batman figures will be top of the line stuff.

I just hope they're nothing like Indiana Jones.

Hot Toys would be smart if they made the suit out of the same material the Wolverine torso is made out of. The 89 suit is much more simplistic then the Dark Knight version so it should be very easy to do.

Yep I hope that's the case. I'll be a little dissapointed if it's the softer rubber that the OC TDK Batman uses.

I have been fairly carefully. Last I heard people though the DX07 would be The Joker.

They were to announce the DX07(which they let slip) and they said they would have a higher presence there than last year. As far as I know they have no other figures to announce at Comic Con.

Thanks. This forum is full of confusing answers and posts.

I've been following this figure and there is no evidence that they have these figures set to be revealed at comic con, more likely they will do it afterwards via facebook or the usual way. I think their DX07 was their big annoucement but as I said they let it slip. They probablys don't want the licenses to overshadow each other.

And Thanks for the info Hottoysjoker, but I was aware it was Bespin Luke.

I've been a member here a while now, and when someone asks a question, the least you can do is give the guy an answer. No reason to say "read the thread." That's not how we treat each other here.

Also, since we're suppose to be adults, can we all agree to help each other out when someone asks a question in a nice way?

You can likely bank on SSC having it on display in their booth but it won't be up for preorder until mid-August. '89 Batman and Joker are also supposed to be there per HT (not confirmed by SSC though), and as HTJ said, DX07 is Bespin Luke.

Feel free to entitle laziness, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna help someone who can't read a single page back. Especially if they don't have an avatar or sig. If they don't care enough to even contribute to the forum, I'm not going to hand them info so they can use it and not return until they need more.
